Preparation and Filing Process

-
A trained representative is at your service to assist you in uploading your tax documents to our secure site. You will have access to your account year-round and it will contain your tax data such as form 1040 and any addition schedules.
-
You will receive electronic copies of your 1040, additional schedules, and authorization forms with fee disclosures PRIOR to e-filing. You must review and sign these forms electronically in order for your tax return to be e-filed.
-
Depending on your tax situation, your tax return may have to be paper-filed. This is not common and solely depends on any e-filing rejection you may receive.
-
Your tax return cannot be e-filed until the IRS opens E-filing for the season, which is typically in the final week of January. Your tax refund will not be issued before the second week of February due to the PATH Act (See irs.gov for details)
